Terms of Service

Last updated: September 3, 2026

These terms cover heytaylor.com and the Ask Taylor snapshot. Buying a snapshot means you accept them. Hey Taylor Inc., 169 Enterprise Boulevard, Suite 300, Markham, Ontario, L6G 0E7, Canada.

What the snapshot is

An Ask Taylor snapshot is a one-time report showing how AI systems currently answer questions about a brand you specify. We run a defined set of prompts across several AI engines, score the results using our Trust Index method, and a human reviews the report before it reaches you.

What it is not: it is not a guarantee of results, a marketing service, or a prediction. It is a measurement of what AI systems said, on a specific date, on a specific set of prompts, in a specific market. Every number in the report carries that scope.

About the AI-generated content in your report

Your report contains statements produced by third-party AI systems, including statements about businesses other than your own. We report what those systems said. We do not endorse, verify, or adopt those statements as our own. AI systems are frequently wrong — that is often the entire point of the report. Nothing in a snapshot is a statement by Hey Taylor about any business's quality, conduct, or reputation.

Price and payment

Snapshots are US$47, charged once, at purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive your card details. Promotional codes may reduce this price and are valid only as stated in the promotion.

Refunds

We refund when we get it wrong. We don't refund because AI got you wrong — that's the finding you paid for.

Before your report is delivered: full refund, no questions. Just email us.

If we can't produce a valid report — too many engines failed, or the data didn't meet our quality bar — you are refunded automatically. We don't deliver reports we don't trust, and we don't keep money for them.

If the report is materially wrong about your brand — for example we analysed the wrong entity, or the report contains a technical error — tell us within 14 days and we'll re-run it free or refund you in full, your choice.

If you're unhappy with what the AI said about you, that isn't a defect. A low score, an unflattering description, or a competitor being named instead is the measurement working correctly. We'll always explain your results, but findings you don't like aren't grounds for a refund.

Email refunds@heytaylor.com or reply to your report email.

Acceptable use

You may run snapshots on brands you own, represent, or are evaluating — including prospects and competitors. That's the intended use.

You may not use automated means to submit bulk requests, resell snapshots as a standalone product without a partnership agreement with us, or misrepresent a snapshot as anything other than what it is.

What you can do with your report

The report is yours. Use it internally, share it with your client, quote it in a pitch. If you present it to a third party, present it accurately — including its stated scope. The method behind it — CitationStack 200™, the Trust Index™, and our prompt sets and scoring logic — remains ours.

No guarantee of outcomes

We do not control what AI systems say about any business, and neither does anyone else. We guarantee that our method runs as described and that our measurement is honest. We do not guarantee any particular score, ranking, mention, or business result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a snapshot is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including business decisions made on the basis of a report.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change and material changes will be noted on the site. The terms in force when you purchased apply to that purchase.
