Multidisciplinary rehab clinic (physio, chiro, acupuncture), Brampton, Ontario — direct client
0% → #1 on the WSIB prompt in 90 days
0% — Google AI & Perplexity (June)
#1 WSIB (Perplexity) · #2 MVA (Google AI)
In rehab care, the most valuable patient isn't searching 'physiotherapy near me' — they're asking AI which clinic handles WSIB claims, treats motor-vehicle-accident injuries with direct billing, or takes walk-ins without a referral. In June, only one AI engine was citing this clinic at all. Google AI returned it on zero prompts. Perplexity on one. The insurance-intent prompts — where funded, ready-to-book patients decide — were the declared gap.
June 1 baseline across ten tracked prompts: 13% overall visibility, one engine responsible for nearly all of it. Google AI at 0/2 on every prompt. Perplexity citing on one prompt only. The WSIB and direct-billing prompts — the highest-lifetime-value patients in the category — at 0–12.5%.
Twelve weeks of sequenced work aimed squarely at the declared gaps — building the local mentions, community presence, comparison listings and clinical content that corroborate the clinic as the answer for WSIB, MVA and insurance-covered care on the engines where it was absent. (Phase-level by design; the sequence is our method.)
Re-scored August 26 on the identical prompt wording: Perplexity's answer to the best-WSIB-clinic question now opens by naming this clinic first — a prompt that returned 0% across every engine in June. Google AI Mode, which returned the clinic on zero prompts at baseline, now lists it #2 for motor-vehicle-accident recovery. Perplexity also holds #3 on the MVA chiropractic prompt. The two engines flagged as untapped in June are now answering on the revenue-closest prompts. (ChatGPT readings come from a different measurement instrument at baseline and are excluded from the comparison rather than blended.)
